Valentine's Day is here and perhaps you're broke or just want to do something far more labor intensive than spending a bunch of money on flowers and chocolate. We've got a few quick ideas. (At least the women in our office all said they would appreciate such actions.)

Forget the dinner and flowers for Valentine's Day. Just tell the one you love....that YOU LOVE THEM...in one hundred different languages. Mastering that would be far more impressive than spending 50 bucks on flowers in my book.

Yellowstone Ballet Company and the Livingston Depot will host their 2nd annual Valentine Day Tea & Old Fashioned Waltz this Saturday, February 13. Bring the whole family, the afternoon includes appetizers and refreshments, desserts and tea, a grand waltz, and Valentine's games for kids!

Get out yer uke for love at Wild Joe's Coffee on Friday, February 13! The Valentines Ukulele Cabaret is on from 7 - 9 pm. Play a love song to woo your honey, drown your heartache or just play along and receive nothing but love in return! The audience will determine prizes.

Have some pre-Valentines Day fun this Friday night at Fin in downtown Bozeman. It's their "Fishing For A Date" event, and it's just $10 to get in the door. Grab your friends and have a blast with a free drink or pitcher of beer!

A men's a cappella group at Bringham Young University decided to treat some ladies on campus in honor of Valentine's Day...by sneaking up on them with a flower and a lovely tune. It pretty much just scared and embarrassed them:
