Southern mountains of Gallatin, Madison and Beaverhead Counties may get up to a foot of fresh snow by Tuesday morning. Gusty winds up to 60 mph are also possible, creating difficult travel conditions over mountain passes.

Here's an update on the Shedhorn Fire located between Big Sky and West Yellowstone.

Tim Hart, a smokejumper at the West Yellowstone Smokejumper Base, has lost his life in the line of duty.

After a scary couple of days, the town of West Yellowstone lifted the water restrictions on it's drinking water in a press release late Saturday.

Southern Madison and Gallatin counties could see 5" or more above 6500 feet by mid-day Saturday. Slippery roads may be an issue if you're traveling south to Idaho.

Starting Monday, May 11th, you'll encounter some single lane closures on HWY 191 between Big Sky and West Yellowstone as part of the "North of West Yellowstone project".
