$50,000 Arrest Warrant Issued For Three Forks Man Facing Rape Charge
BOZEMAN, Mont. (AP) - A judge has issued a $50,000 arrest warrant for a Three Forks man suspected of raping a 14-year-old girl.
The Bozeman Daily Chronicle reports the warrant was issued on Jan. 18 for Jason Jay Norris charging him with sexual intercourse without consent. His age was not immediately available.
Gallatin County prosecutors charge that Norris had sex with a then 14-year-old girl in 2010 at the insistence of Robert Sapien.
Sapien, who is 39, has been jailed since his arrest in January 2010. He is charged with sexual intercourse without consent and sexual abuse of children after prosecutors say he made a video recording of Norris having sex with the girl.
Sapien faces trial in July. Prosecutors allege he had a sexual relationship with the girl from 2009 until 2011
