In the new ad for the 'All New Mazda6,' a classic rock staple gets strapped in for the ride once more. The Who are certainly no strangers to their music being used in ads, television shows, movies and ringtones. So Mazda has decided to trot out the ever familiar strains of the Who classic 'Baba O'Riley' to use in their new ad campaign. "This is the Mazda Way" the ad proclaims. Well...alright then.
We wish somebody would follow us around and animate our drunken brilliance. Although, to be fair, arguing over the lyrics to a Go-Go's song is not nearly as entertaining as this joke, told by Adam Patch's wife after she drank an entire bottle of wine.

First off, it's not easy being an aspiring rapper in Montana, but David Dalla G does it the best we've seen in years. Second, the video is entirely one complete shot with dozens of people in the video. How did something not go wrong? And third, the beat by Surebert is great and I can't wait to be pumping it in my car down 19th Street.

5 weeks ago The latest Superman installment, "Man of Steel" (in theaters June 14), looks really good. On paper, it's a home run. Zack Snyder directs it ("300", "Watchmen") and the cast consists of Henry Cavill as Superman ("Immortals" and the TV series "The Tudors"), Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Russell Crowe as Superman's father Jor-El, Laurence Fishburne as editor-in-chief Perry White. Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Michael Shannon, and other great actors are also in the film. I was intrigued from the start but after seeing this trailer, I might have to bite the ever-increasing movie ticket cost to watch the whole thing! See the trailer here:
