Everyone's favorite snack mascot, Chester the Cheetah, is running for mayor in a little town in Montana appropriately named...Chester.

Yes, you read that right. Chester the Cheetah is going into politics with his sights set on Chester, Montana, a town near Great Falls that has a population of 900 residents.

According to a Frito-Lay representative: "Being that Chester is a cheetah and not a human, he is not technically on the ballot. But that will not deter him from running his own campaign in town."
