DowntownPulse Business Survey Program Deadline Is April 19th

The Bozeman Downtown Business Partnership is pleased to announce a new online customer survey program called DowntownPulse. DowntownPulse is designed for local Bozeman businesses, and is led by North Star Consulting Group, an internet-based customer and employee feedback consulting firm based here in Bozeman.

DowntownPulse began as a pilot program in July 2012 and included the following seven local businesses:  Heyday, Nova Café, Heeb's Grocery, Country Bookshelf, Leaf and Bean, Ace Owenhouse Hardware and Gallatin Laundry.

This new initiative provides area Retail, Food/Beverage & Service businesses the opportunity to measure customer experience and gain insight into customer perceptions.

The DowntownPulse Program is NOW available to all DBA members and is an affordable, cost-effective program! To kick-off the next round of participants in the program, PLEASE SIGN UP NO LATER than Friday, April 19, 2013.
