This spring the Bozeman Schools Foundation will bring community members together again for the 5th annual Adult Team Spelling Bee Fundraiser. Businesses, schools, friends and organizations can create or sponsor a team of three spellers. Competition will be intense for not only the cash prize but also the coveted bee trophy and best costume and team spirit awards.
The spelling bee will take place on March 3rd, from 6:30 -10:30 p.m. at The Ellen Theater. Distinguished Judges, Musical numbers from the Equinox Theater and Pronouncer “Chrysti the WordSmith”, prizes from local businesses, “The Wall of Wine” and a diabolical selection of words will all contribute to the festivities.
Help Fund a Need in our Bozeman Public Schools.
A live pledge drive will feature state of the art green technology to benefit our students and teachers. Join the fundraising efforts of parent groups and school leaders to provide critically needed computer hardware and software in our schools.
The entry fee per team is $300. Come cheer on your friends for $20 at the door. Yummy appetizers and no host bar for all participants and audience members.
