A week after releasing the first track from 'Sonic Highways,' the Foo Fighters have shared another new tune, this time in the form of the Washington D.C.-themed 'The Feast and the Famine.' Crank it up in the player above.

As with all eight songs on their upcoming LP, the lyrics for 'The Feast and the Famine' are taken from hours of interviews conducted by Dave Grohl in Washington D.C. Fans will get a taste of the "creation" of the song in this week's episode of HBO's 'Sonic Highways,' which includes going behind-the-scenes at Arlington's Inner Ear Studios (where the song was recorded).

In order to capture the essence of the music scene in the nation's capital, the Foos invited legendary hardcore punk rockers, Bad Brains, to help out with the track. Can you hear their influence?

The Foo Fighters are gearing up for the second episode of their new series on HBO, ‘Sonic Highways,’ tonight, Oct. 24. In a couple of weeks, on Nov. 10, their latest full-length record of the same name will hit store shelves. Get details on the RCA Records album here.
