Congratulations are in order for Mumford and Sons frontman Marcus Mumford and wife Carey Mulligan, who welcomed their first baby last month.

Mulligan, an actress, is apparently already back to work, as she broke the news during her guest appearance on the Graham Norton Show yesterday (Oct. 12). There, she revealed the couple is the proud new parents of a baby girl.

Mumford and Mulligan married in 2012 shortly after they both concluded work on the Coen brothers movie, Inside Llewyn Davis. Mulligan has also starred in An Education, Drive and The Great Gatsby, and she’s set to appear in the upcoming film, Suffragette.

Mumford and Sons first rose to prominence with their 2009 debut, Sigh No More. Their sophomore effort, 2012’s Babel, earned the Grammy for Album of the Year. The band returned with their third full-length, Wilder Mind, earlier this year. Right now, Mumford and company are on tour in Australia, which will be followed by dates across the U.K. Find the band’s complete schedule and ticket information at their website.
