Recently, a new restaurant that specializes in gourmet ramen noodle bowls opened in Bozeman. The Ramen House is located at 1940 W. Main St.

There's been a lot of buzz surrounding the business on social media, so we decided to go check it out for ourselves.

We stopped by The Ramen House today for lunch, and here's the menu that greeted us:

After looking over the menu for a minute or so, we decided to try the seafood ramen. I mentioned to an employee that $12 seemed a bit high for a bowl of ramen, but he assured me that it was worth it, and that everything on the menu is made entirely from scratch. Even the noodles!

It took about 10 minutes to get our food, and it was definitely worth the wait.

The Seafood Ramen bowl was full of fresh scallops, house-made pickled cucumbers, cilantro, scallions and a delicious poached egg to top it all off. The food quality was excellent, and every bite was fantastic. The best part is drinking the bowl of broth when you're done. It's perfect for warming you up on a chilly Montana day.

Overall, The Ramen House is a great choice if you're looking for a quick lunch full of fresh ingredients. They even have a drive-thru if you don't have time to dine in.

If you have time, you might want to challenge your friends to a game of foosball while waiting for your lunch.
