Video Shows Semi-Truck Engulfed in Flames Near Manhattan

Video shot on a cell phone by Jesse James shows a semi-truck carrying large hay bales engulfed in flames.

The incident occurred during the evening commute on Thursday, near the Manhattan off-ramp of westbound Interstate 90.

Traffic was delayed in both directions as a result of the fire.

Emergency crews were on the scene at the time the video was shot and were attempting to control the blaze.

It is not immediately clear what caused the fire.
