It looks like Will Ferrell and Will Ferrell-lookalike (and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer) Chad Smith aren't feuding anymore.

At the very least, they've apparently put their differences -- similarities? -- behind them to form a supergroup of sorts featuring Pearl Jam guitarist Mike McCready, Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan, Dave Matthews Band bassist Stefan Lessard and alt-country singer-songwriter Brandi Carlile. The name of this ragtag outfit? I Pissed My Pants.

I Pissed My Pants made their debut at last night's (Sept. 19) Cancer for College event. Check out their rendition of the Rolling Stones' 'Honky Tonk Women' in the video above.

Cancer for College was formed in 1993 by Craig Pollard, who at the time was a senior at the USC Business School. Pollard, a two-time cancer survivor, created the organization (according to their website) to "provide hope and inspiration to cancer survivors and amputees by providing college scholarships." Ferrell has been involved with the charity due to his college friendship -- and fraternity brotherhood -- with Pollard. In addition to covering classic rock tunes at events, Ferrell is the host for the annual Cancer for College Golf Classic. Get more information about Cancer for College here.

Complete with cowbell and an obviously still tense relationship between Ferrell and Smith, I Pissed My Pants did the Stones' classic justice, and all for a good cause.
