You may notice as you travel south on South 19th a large billboard that states "Future Home of Yellowstone Theological Institute".

This is not a new entity, but it appears from the Yellowstone Theological Institute holds their Bozeman events at Hope Lutheran Church which happens to be across the street from this proposed new home.

What is the Institute all about? (direct from their website...)

Yellowstone Theological Institute was founded in the Rocky Mountain Northwest. There is no graduate theological education within 600 miles of Bozeman.

In this growing area of the country, men and women called to ministry must travel to Seattle, Portland, Sioux Falls, Denver or even further to find quality theological education. (Note that with the exception of Sioux Falls, none of these locations has a distinctly Baptist orientation.)

YTI is set-up to offer the Master of Arts degree with majors in Entrepreneurial Christian Leadership, Worship Arts, Family Ministries, Pastoral Care, Spirituality, Theology and Biblical Studies, as well as Certificates in Western Heritage Ministry, Spiritual Direction, Postmodern Culture and Theology.
