Don't miss exciting, award-winning films and a chance to support the Bridger Ski Foundation when the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour stops off at the Emerson Center this Friday, January 16 and Saturday, January 17!

The Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour brings Banff to audiences around the globe. Immediately after the Festival ends in November, a selection of the best films tour the planet. Each year, the films travel to 40 countries reaching more than 390,000 people at over 840 screenings. Host organizations in each tour location choose a program that reflects the interests of their local audiences from a selection of films on exploration and adventure, culture and environment, and mountain sports. The proceeds of many tour screenings benefit a local community program or non-profit.

Proceeds will go to Bridger Ski Foundation, supporting the Nordic, Alpine and Freestyle programs. Doors to the Friday showing open at 6 pm, with the screening at 7 pm. Doors to the Saturday showings will open at 1 pm and 6 pm, with screenings at 2 pm and 7 pm. Tickets are $15 each. Purchase tickets at the Bridger Ski Foundation Office (851 Bridger Dr, Suite 4), Mountain Hot Tub (2744 West Main St) and Bangtail Bike & Ski (137 East Main St).
