Timing and main impact: snow... heavy at times... will continue across all elevations of Gallatin County through Saturday morning.

Snow accumulations: new snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches are expected at lower elevations today through Saturday morning... with 8 to 12 inches in the mountains. Isolated amounts up to 16 inches are possible in the mountains around Big Sky and West Yellowstone.

* Visibility: heavier snow will reduce visibilities to less than one half mile at times.

* Other impacts: travelers and those planning outdoor activities should be prepared for winter conditions.

* Locations affected include: Battle Ridge Pass... Bozeman...  Bozeman Pass... Targhee Pass... West Yellowstone.
