The Gallatin River near Bozeman has reached flood stage and more precipitation is in the forecast.

This Flood Warning is in effect through Monday morning.

The east Gallatin river has climbed above flood stage with minor flooding occurring.

Showers and thunderstorms are forecast for the area through tonight with a quarter inch to one-half inch of precipitation possible.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or has been reported. Stream rises will be slow and flash flooding is not expected. However...all interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
