Big Sky Resort’s new Everett’s 8,800 restaurant has been awarded the OpenTable Diners’ Choice Award and is now providing a luxury dining experience on Friday and Saturday nights throughout the 2014-2015 winter season.

Dinner at Everett’s 8,800 will begin with a cocktail hour serving hors d ’oeuvres, followed by a three course dinner. Guests check in with the maître d’ in the Summit Hotel’s upper lobby and are encouraged to wear layers (rather than ski attire) before they load the open air Ramcharger lift at 6 p.m. for a five minute ride to Everett's 8,800 on the top of Andesite Mountain.

The dining experience commences with a cocktail hour accompanied by an assortment of passed hors d ‘oeuvres. At 9 p.m., guests will begin to depart Everett’s via a 15 minute open sleigh ride to the Mountain Village base area.

Reservations can be made online at OpenTable by 6 p.m. the day prior to the Friday or Saturday seating. Everett’s 8,800 is also open daily for breakfast and lunch. OpenTable reservations are recommended for lunch.

Everett’s 8,800 will be open summer 2015 for lunch daily and special group functions. Big Sky Resort’s Ramcharger chair lift will be open to access the restaurant and other activities.
