As  you may remember, Colorado and Washington legalized Marijuana in the November elections.  With the recent legalization, and the thought that  more people might be on the road while high, a Thurston County, Washington police department did a few tests.  Watch as different levels of pot smokers get behind the wheel.

On September 27, 2012, Chris Williams, co-founder of Montana Cannabis, was found guilty on eight counts of marijuana and related firearms charges, despite Montana's medical marijuana law. These charges carry a mandatory minimum sentence of more than 80 years in prison, and expose the grave disparity between federal and state medical marijuana laws. See his story here:

New terms and regulations are being put into effect regarding the sale of Marijuana in Montana. If passed, the Senate Bill 154 will require growers to be licensed and allow inspections of their facilities.
