My co-worker Amy (XL Country) and I took the quick hike up The 'M' yesterday. No trace of snow or ice on February 13, 2015! Nothing but T-shirts and warm smiles. It was weird. Take a look at the time lapse video we shot.
Let this be a lesson to you Matt Nathanson - you don't accidentally play a riff to one of the most well-known rock songs of all time and think you won't be forced to complete it. Watch Matt break out a few AC/DC chords and the crowd take over from there. I love how the lead guitarist kills the solo! A must-watch. Warning: Explicit language
Check out this video that someone by the name of Mike Salmon just posted. In a recent snowmobiling trip near Afton, Wyoming, one of the riders gets caught in an avalanche slide as he attempts a backcountry hill climb. Luckily, his group is able to spot his sled in the aftermath and rush to the scene. He was completely buried up to his head and appears to be alright. Very lucky!
Trucks are overloaded, there's no traffic laws (or common sense) and men, women and children alike are laughing at accidents on the road. I wonder if anyone stopped to check on the driver?
We've been waiting a long time (ok, since 2012) for a new adventure from our favorite foul-mouth teddy bear (voiced by Seth MacFarlane) and his best pal John (Mark Wahlberg). We still have a little waiting to do, as "Ted 2" doesn't open until June 26, but we now have a trailer! Check it out:
Check out this crazy scary Red Bull video featuring professional skier Cody Townsend as he somehow makes this narrow, vertical mountain chute run in Alaska's Tordrillo Mountains look easy. This is what you might call a Red Diamond run. If you have access to a helicopter, don't try this at home kids!
I love a good vehicle cover, and I like the style of these two musicians. Their names are Robin Benedict and Sam Klass. Check out them casually kill Blondie's "Heart of Glass" while driving to the airport!
Fitz & The Tantrums have just released a cool new video for their latest single, "Fools Gold". The video, directed by Zak Stoltz, is a dramatic love story that involves a breakup and saving a life. Check it out here.
My wife's English uncle, who happens to have very good taste in music, often sends names of artists across the pond who we absolutely have to lend an ear to. He recommended listening to a young, English singer-songwriter by the name of George Ezra. What do you think?
