HRDC is Looking for Volunteers to Participate in Their ‘Flying Signs’ Fundraiser on October 18

The Flying Signs Fundraiser is the HRDC Warming Center’s highest profile fundraiser of the year. 40 plus volunteers are needed to help stand on designated corners with Warming Center donation signs and collect money from people in their cars. Each group will meet at the Community Cafe before their 3-4 hour shift on Saturday, October 18.

The Gallatin Valley Food Bank is celebrating apple season with a community-wide Apple Harvest, followed by a few fun activities (such as cider pressing) at the Food Bank on October 4. The Food Bank needs volunteers to help harvest and glean apples and community residents to volunteer their trees to be harvested.
