Engineers Without Borders at Montana State University, a student-run organization that provides clean water to schools in Kenya, will hold its 6th annual recycled fashion show, "Junk 2 Funk," on Friday, February 28. This fun event will include a fashion show, DJ, silent auction, cash bar and raffle. Details:

The "Montana Modern" exhibit, which examines mid-20th century architecture in the Treasure State, will be on display through January 30 in the Cheever Hall gallery.

The School of Art at Montana State University is featuring "War Paper - Combat Paper Exhibition" through January 30, 2014 at The Helen E Copeland Gallery. The exhibition features the artwork of Jesse Albrecht, Pam DeLuco and Drew Cameron. The public is invited to a reception on Thursday, January 16 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm featuring the same work, along with a talk by Pam DeLuco. Details here

Mark your calendars now for the 2014 MSU Pow Wow, happening on April 11th and 12th, 2014. It's a fantastic cultural event that is not to be missed. Here you'll see some beautiful footage from 2013's event to see what we mean!

It may not be the BIGGEST but Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana has such a great year-round duck pond on South 11th avenue. There are "Duck X-ing" signs, a huge population of healthy mallards and it's a great place to chill out for 10 minutes.

This should help land some future MSU students...leading travel magazine, Travel & Leisure, recently named Bozeman one of the 20 best college towns in the U.S.
