UPDATE: Montana Girl Found Dead, Amber Alert Canceled
UPDATE: A one-year-old girl, who was the subject of an Amber Alert today, has been found dead in Poplar, according to the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Department.
The Amber Alert for Kenzley Ava-Leeann Olson, was canceled Wednesday afternoon.
One person was in custody at the time of the announcement.
One suspect, Timothy Dornheim, was located earlier in the day and was ruled out as a suspect. At the time, law enforcement said they were no longer attempting to locate him or Melinda Tweet.
An Amber Alert was issued early this morning for a one-year-old Montana girl.
Kenzley Olson was abducted at around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 19 from a residence in Poplar, Montana.
The suspects, Melinda Kay Tweet and Timothy Duane Dornheim, are believed to be traveling in a silver 2006 Chrysler 300C with North Dakota license plate #KCV650. The suspects are both from Minot, North Dakota and that is a possible direction of travel for them.
Kenzley is described as Native American with black hair and brown eyes. She is two feet tall and weighs 50 pounds. She has a ¾-inch scar over her right eye.
