Bozeman has been one of the fastest-growing cities in Montana in the past decade. The city has welcomed new residents, businesses, and investors from across the country.

Home prices aren't as high as they were a few years ago, but living in Bozeman is still expensive. There's another trend that's quietly taking shape, and it may be an indicator of what's to come.

According to a post by @RealEstate on Instagram, Bozeman was included on a list of 10 cities that are quietly becoming millionaire hubs. In fact, Bozeman landed at #3 on the list.

Wealth migration data was used to compile the ranking, and it looks like people are leaving larger cities for open spaces and a better quality of life. Lifestyle, remote work, no income tax, quality of life, and land are the main factors driving the trend.

For those of us who want to keep Bozeman the charming place that it is, the fact that it's included on the list isn't the kind of news you want to hear. However, I do understand the appeal and why so many people want to live here.

If you've spent much time traveling to different places around the country, you quickly learn how special Bozeman is. For many years, the beauty of Montana was a secret, and most people thought it was just an arctic tundra. Unfortunately, the Treasure State has been discovered, and it may never be the same as it was years ago.

Bozeman has quietly been becoming a hub for millionaires for quite a while, and if you live here, you already know that.
