Bridger Brewing Scores Big at 2026 Montana Beer Awards
Bozeman’s own Bridger Brewing is riding high after a weekend of well-deserved recognition at the 2026 Montana Beer Awards. The brewery not only earned Large Brewery of the Year but also took home 10 medals from 13 entries, including five golds across multiple beer styles.
Judged by industry professionals and hosted by Lewis and Clark Brewing Company in Helena, the awards celebrated the best of Montana’s craft beer scene, handing out 72 medals across 24 categories.
Bridger’s gold-winning lineup included the crisp Pacific Pilsner, the bold Vigilante IPA, the smooth Lee Metcalf Pale Ale, the refreshing Peaks to Peach Wheat Ale, and the complex Antilogy Black IPA.

Owner David Breck credited the win to the brewery’s dedicated team and community support.
Winning Large Brewery of the Year in a state renowned for its beer is an incredible honor. It reflects the creativity, skill, and passion our brewers pour into every batch.
This award adds to Bridger Brewing's strong streak, which earned six medals in 2025, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality and innovation.
With locations in Bozeman and Three Forks, Bridger Brewing is more than a brewery; it’s a hub for community events like Bridger Brewskis, Spurs Skijoring, and the Headwaters Lager Festival. Fans can pair award-winning brews with house-made pizza, catch live music, or just enjoy a cold beer after a long day.
For anyone who loves craft beer that’s bold, balanced, and locally rooted, Bridger Brewing’s latest haul makes one thing clear. Montana is home to some seriously exceptional beer.
