How would you like to be a part of an upcoming Broadway musical at the Brick in Bozeman? You'll get an up close and personal look at how a Broadway show is produced and get paid to be there.

MSU is hiring stagehands for the upcoming Broadway production of Stomp, Tuesday February 25th. Load in will be Tuesday morning at 8 a.m.and will take probably 4-6 hours to set up, then call back for load out is 9 p.m. on the 25th and is expected to take around 4 hours. Paychecks will be available for pick up on Friday February 28th.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LOAD IN SHIFT OR BOTH SHIFTS to work this show.

Working these shows does *NOT* mean that you get to see the show. This is a fun, fast paced and unique opportunity to earn some extra cash and see behind the scenes of a major production.

You will earn $14 an hour and be paid via check three business days after the event. Please check your schedule and respond ASAP if you wish to be considered for this position. There will be future opportunities to work concerts and plays at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.

Job Description as follows:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the assembly and tear down of show productions.
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Assembling production equipment on stage
- Construction of set pieces, risers, musical equipment
- Assist with video, sound and light production before, during and after shows
- Move furniture, road cases, miscellaneous equipment

Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Physically labor intensive, must be able to lift 50lbs
- Capable of following instructions and work well with others
- Tolerant of working outside in Montana during winter
- Technically minded/knowledge of show production a plus

Wage:
- $14.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum call
- We will issue a check 3 business days after our shows.
