The Mountain Goats are diverse, witty, and eclectic - the songs run the gamut of genres but with pop sensibility. Stephen Colbert isn't just a fan...he requested to perform with them. Wednesday night in Bozeman you can see for yourself what decades of albums sounds like for yourself.

• TICKETS: Reserved balcony loge seating, reserved premium balcony seating, reserved balcony wing seating, and general admission standing room tickets are available for this show.
• $40.00 SRO, General Admission (subject to fees) | This ticket type allows access to all open sections of the venue. All tickets are general admission standing room only.
• $45.00 Reserved Premium Balcony (subject to fees) | This ticket type allows access to the reserved seating located on the upper floor of the venue.
• $50.00 Premium Loge Seating (subject to fees) | The premium booths located on the balcony level (closest to the stage) are available for group purchase and include 6 tickets to the event.
• $50.00 Premium Wings Seating (subject to fees) | The cocktail tables located in the upper wings of the balcony are reservable for fully seated events. Each table includes 2 event tickets and must be purchased as a set.

This is an all ages show at The ELM. NOTE: There is no re-entry at The ELM so please plan accordingly. No large bags or backpacks are allowed inside the venue. Please no outside food or drinks. There is an outdoor patio area upstairs at the venue.

Running narrative themes are not new to Mountain Goats projects, especially in recent years, be it the pro wrestlers of 2015’s Beat the Champ or the goths of 2017’s Goths. Darnielle was drawn to the antiheroes of the hard-boiled action flicks he was bingeing, particularly the ways in which their quests for justice were almost all inevitably doomed.
