Do Bozeman Restaurants Create Art With Their Food?

Find out this Wednesday night at the Bozeman Public Library with area chefs, Montucky Cold Snacks (free!) and Gallatin Art Crossing. This is a free presentation starting at 7 p.m.

Here's what you can expect this Wednesday night:

The Gallatin Art Crossing is excited to announce its latest provocative dialogue on all things Art, "Edible Art."

The dialogue will commence on Wednesday, April 13 in the Bozeman Public Library's large community room.

It will start at 7 p.m. and go until 8:30 p.m., during which guests will enjoy complimentary Montucky Cold Snacks and a healthy debate on the role of art in food.

Tate Chamberlin will emcee the talk show style event where the audience can chime in at any time and panelists will be on their toes to feed the debate and our imaginations.

The Gallatin Art Crossing will turn the event into a podcast featured at gallatinartcrossing.org.

Join us to hear from the experts: Lauryn Mathis-Owner LUXE Bozeman, Linda Huang-Owner and Chef Hummingbird's Kitchen, Feast and Seven Sushi. Seven Sushi will also be on hand with a demonstration and samples!
