The Gallatin County Coroner has identified the man who died this morning at Jackrabbit and Cameron Bridge as 67-year-old Robert A Melson of Belgrade.

Investigators say that the death was the result of a medical condition and not the vehicle crash.

A crash forced southbound Jackrabbit Lane, between Belgrade and Four Corners, to be reduced to one lane, Thursday morning.

According to the Montana Highway Patrol, troopers responded to Jackrabbit Lane and Cameron Bridge Road at approximately 7:10 a.m.

The incident reportedly includes a fatality at the scene, according to the Montana Department of Transportation.

MDT lists the scene as a work zone.

Delays will continue through the morning in the area.
