Gallatin Valley Girl 1st Audition Finalists

After answering tricky questions from the judges, and showcasing their best evening wear, swimwear and Montana wear, three girls have been chosen to move on to the finals in June.

The first audition in the search for the Gallatin Valley Girl 2012 was last Thursday. Don't worry if you missed the audition because inside are photos and details of the event. Also, we still have five more auditions to go! The next audition will be at The Korner Klub tomorrow Wednesday the 27th from 5pm-7pm. We had a tie in the judges' scoring which allowed three lovely ladies, as apposed to only two, advance. 7 brave and charismatic girls showed up for the audition, which kept the bar patrons more than entertained as they answered the judges questions and attempted to win over the crowd.

Joan Veronica Satterlee, 23

I have been working in the community for the past five years and have become a resident of Montana. I go to school at MSU, and have experience in modeling. I am fun, sassy, very photogenic and would love to be in the calendar!

Ashley Nettles, 23

I think it would be a fantastic honor to be the 2012 Gallatin Valley Girl to represent all those gorgeous independent girls in our valley. And of course to stand for the "King of Beers" Budweiser.

Kate Fontes, 23

I want to be the 2012 Gallatin Valley Girl because I have lived in Bozeman all my life and I have what it takes to represent this Valley. From work to nightlife, education to recreation, I've done it all and I know what makes the Gallatin Valley great!
