September was a great month for live music here in Bozeman. On Labor Day weekend, Spruce Moose landed up at Big Sky with over 1000 in attendance to see The John Butler Trio and Big Head Todd and The Monsters rock in the mountains. And to end the month, HUSHUSH delivered exactly what Bozeman has been missing, an electronic music festival of lights, sound and plenty of dancing. Check out our video highlights of each event inside.

Spruce Moose 2011

The first ever music festival on Big Sky Mountain brought 1000 concert goers, John Butler Trio, Big Head Todd and The Monsters and several other bands together in the Montana Mountains. As soon as it was over, it left me counting the days until next year's.

HUSHUSH 2011

Another first for Southwest Montana, HUSHUSH was the first electronic music festival of its kind to hit Bozeman. Huge headlining acts, Beats Antique and EOTO, got over 1000 concert goers hopping and dancing well into the morning hours with glow sticks in hand. And again, I can't wait until next years.

Rail Jam 2011

I thought I would throw this in here as well because it's such a great video recap of the event. Headliners included Chiddy Bang, RJD2, and XV. Get your skis and boards waxed and tuned because it will be happening again Spring 2012.
