Punk icon Iggy Pop performed at the Basel Session Festival in Switzerland last year, where he also received a lifetime achievement award. The set was captured for posterity, and Iggy Pop: Live in Basel 2015 will be screened across the United States on June 16 and 18. Earlier screenings will be held in Detroit (June 5) and Ann Arbor, Mich. (June 12). Check out the complete list of cities and venues screening the film below and a trailer above.

Giovanni Cozzi, CEO of event cinema distributors Rising Alternative says, “We are excited to present the Iggy Pop: Live in Basel 2015 event. Pop is such a beloved career artist, we are thrilled to bring this performance to a wider audience. 2016 is a year to celebrate Iggy Pop with his recent release, doc and tour. We hope this concert film event adds to his amazing 50 year legacy in rock music."

Cozzi continues, "He is loved as a rebel innovator worldwide and so many would still want to have the energy he has and the nerve to take his shirt off in front of all at 69, use whatever language he wants, and just have fun with fans. ”

The 18-song set includes classics such as "Lust For Life," "I Wanna Be Your Dog," "Nightclubbing" and "The Passenger." Pop's band for the show includes guitarist Kevin Armstrong (David Bowie, Morrissey), bassist Ben Ellis (The Catherine Wheel), drummer Matt Hector (Thomas Dolby) and keyboardist Seamus Beaghen (Madness, Paul Weller).

Pop's latest album Post Pop Depression was released in March. He's also starring in the movie Blood Orange, which is released today (May 17).
