I was channel surfing the other night when I came across the new game show "The Floor" hosted by Rob Lowe. If you haven't watched the show, it's on Fox, and according to the show's website, the purpose of the game is the following:

"The Floor" is a trivia battle in which 81 contestants stand on 81 squares on a massive game show floor, competing for a whopping grand prize.

To win, you need to own the most amount of space on "the floor" by knocking off other opponents  Each contestant or player, is a supposed expert on a certain subject and when they go to battle, they often have to answer questions regarding the other players subject.

It's an entertaining show and it's fun to watch the players go up against each other in the different categories.

Now, keep in mind, that I'm not plugging the show, and the only reason that I bring it up is because the one time I watched the show, it just so happened to have a contestant from Bozeman. In fact, not only was he from Bozeman, but he has quite the following on social media.

Christian Poole, who lives in Bozeman was on the show and was picked to compete. If my memory serves me correctly, he competed in the category of books, and while he didn't move on, he did a pretty good job in representing himself and The Treasure State.

Mr. Poole has a big presence on both Instagram and TikTok and has deemed himself "The Official Unofficial Ambassador for the State of Montana." and has stated the following:

"I will die either famous or infamous"

I suppose that's not the worst life motto I've ever heard. In all seriousness, it's cool to see a hometown kid do good. While I'm not sure if there were any parting gifts for being on the show, not too many people can say they were on a national game show, so he's got that going for him.
