What Are The Chances You’ll See A Ghost In Montana?
It's a popular question that's been asked millions of times over the years, do you believe in ghosts?
As someone who has witnessed some pretty strange things in my lifetime, I absolutely do. In fact, I used to work at a radio station that was once an old bank. The station took the huge vault and turned it into a conference room, and more than once I saw a shadow-type figure walking in and out of the vault. I'll be honest, the first time it freaked me out, but after that, it just kind of became the norm.
According to some recent data, there are certain states where you're more likely to see spooky things compared to others.
The website Bet Michigan put out a list of the states with the best chance of seeing something "supernatural" and not only did Montana make the list, but it was darn near at the top. In fact, the only states to have a better chance of seeing something supernatural were Vermont and Maine.
So what are your chances of having such a sighting? Well, they're not that high, in fact, the actual figure is 0.1267%. However, Montana certainly has more than its share of places that are spooky.
Places like Butte, Bozeman, and Helena have a long history of different haunted spaces, but according to our friends over at Visit Southwest Montana, a couple of the most haunted places in the state can be found in Virginia City and Bannack. Plus, there are some extra creepy places across the state that just driving by can make the hair on your arms stand up.
So do you believe in the supernatural? Have you ever seen a ghost? If so, was it here in Montana? Let us know by sending us a message on our radio station app.
