Look Here Bozeman! Fantastic Store Location Up For Auction
Want a place with prime Bozeman real estate? You don't want this spot to slip through your fingers.
Having a good location is crucial for helping your business succeed. It could be a highly trafficked intersection, a busy street, or an area with multiple stores. Having a store in a prime spot can go a long way.
The Bozeman has several areas that are prime real estate. Places around 19th or 7th Avenue, downtown, and Huffine Lane see thousands of cars drive by daily.
When one of these areas sees a new building go up for sale or something becomes vacated, it will be in demand immediately.
If you want one of these places to open a business, you will pay quite a lot to acquire it. The price tag might be worth the money in the long run.
Well, this spot in Bozeman was recently sold but is now going up for auction.
If you don't know, Town & Country Foods opened their new location near Ferguson Farms recently, and it's gorgeous.
They closed their location down on the corner of 19th Avenue and Beall Street after 50 years of business. The building sold last year, and many have wondered what will go into that location.
We might have to wait a little bit longer to find out.
The old Town & Country store on 19th Avenue will be up for auction on Tuesday, April 30th.
Grafe Auctions will host the auction and a walk-through on Monday, April 29th from 3-6 PM.
This location will probably sell for at least a few million dollars, but you can't deny this is prime Bozeman real estate. That empty store could house several different businesses.
