Law enforcement in Montana is currently searching for a man who has been charged with multiple crimes in Gallatin County. He recently escaped custody and is currently on the run. The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public to locate the man and return him to custody. Here's a description of the man and where he was last seen.
On Thursday, the Gallatin County Sheriff's Office shared information regarding 19-year-old, Marshall Ladd Gallagher. Gallagher was recently released from custody and allegedly removed his electronic monitor on December 13. Law enforcement has been attempting to locate Gallagher and has requested help from the public.

Gallagher is described as 5 foot 11 inches, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

The Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Marshall Ladd Gallagher, 19, for felony custodial interference and other offenses.
Gallagher was last seen with two juvenile males in Park City, MT. on Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. Prior to that, a stolen vehicle from Belgrade, MT was recovered after being abandoned near Columbus on I-90. The Sheriff's Office is asking the public to make sure to secure vehicles and buildings on their property and call 911 if Gallagher is seen.
Gallagher had been released from custody on electronic monitoring after being charged with multiple crimes in Gallatin County. On Tuesday, Dec. 13, he removed his electronic monitor and absconded.
