TV Special Reveals Startling New Details in Idaho Murder Case
New details about the gruesome murder of four University of Idaho students will be revealed in a TV special on Friday, May 9.
On November 13, 2022, four students were murdered near the University of Idaho campus in Moscow, Idaho. Not only were they murdered, but they were also brutally stabbed to death. The murders sent waves of panic through the small community.
The lives of Madison Mogan, Kaylee Goncalves, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin were taken that night, and family members and the Moscow community are still searching for answers.
More than a month after the murders, Brian Kohberger was arrested. Kohberger lived close by in Pullman, Washington, and was a Criminology PhD student at the University of Washington. Evidence left at the crime scene and surveillance video of his vehicle in the area the night of the murders led to his arrest.

Kohberger is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and one count of felony burglary. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. The trial is expected to begin August 11, 2025.
