RONAN, Mont. (AP) — The search for a 53-year-old Ronan man suspected of shooting his brother to death over the weekend ended Tuesday night when the man was arrested at his residence.

Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribal officers received a tip Harry Lozeau was at home, where authorities believe he shot his 51-year-old brother Terry to death on Saturday afternoon.

Lake County officials say Harry Lozeau was arrested at about 8 p.m. and jailed in Polson.

On Tuesday the state crime lab determined that Terry Lozeau died of a single gunshot wound.
