The new iPad will have a Retina display that will clearly set it apart from any other tablet. We’re talking a razor-sharp display here, 2048 x 1536 pixels. It’s apparently like looking at a glossy magazine page. Apple claims when you hold it at a normal distance, you just can’t see the pixels (that’s 15 inches for an iPad and 10 inches for the smaller iPhone screen).

The latest iPad will also feature a new camera on the back. This 5-megapixel camera with a side-iluminated sensor, 5-element lens, and infrared filter will rank it atop the list of tablet cameras. The new iPad will also have a facetime camera and what Apple is calling the iSight Camera (capable of capturing 1080p video).

Check out all the details regarding the new Apple iPad here. You can preorder it today and get it on March 16th in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
