In the midst of their first extensive tour in four years, Radiohead are taking over record stores worldwide on June 17.

To commemorate the vinyl and Spotify release of 2016’s A Moon Shaped Pool, the band is sponsoring listening sessions across the globe, according to the website for the celebration.

Sebastian Matthews, owner of participating store Touch Vinyl in Santa Monica, CA, would not reveal in a phone call what the “competitions” would entail. However, he hinted that the prizes would be “close to one-of-a-kind” artwork and other items relating to the video vignettes that have premiered online since A Moon Shaped Pool’s May 8 debut. Live performance portions will be broadcast at the record stores at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time, according to Matthews. Check the Moon Shaped Pool site for participating locations, and the stores’ individual social media accounts for more information.

This is another notch in Radiohead’s long timeline of hosting major events. They allowed fans to pay whatever they wanted for their 2007 album, In Rainbows. They made 2011’s The King of Limbs a DRM-free release. Frontman Thom Yorke partnered with peer-to-peer sharing company BitTorrent to distribute his 2014 solo record, Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes. They also designed the mind-bending phone app PolyFauna, considered an audiovisual experiment between Yorke, producer Nigel Godrich, artist Stanley Donwood and the collective Universal Everything.
