The Gallatin Ice Foundation will team up with the Bozeman Film Society on Saturday, May 9, to screen the award-winning documentary Red Army at The Ellen Theatre. The film tells the Cold War era story of the Russian National Hockey team, its star player Slava Fetisov, and how the course of international hockey was changed through courage and dedication. This all-ages evening at The Ellen kicks off at 7:30 pm with special guests from the Bozeman Senior A Stingers and Bozeman Icedog mascots. Raffle tickets by Gallatin Ice Foundation will support the Raise the Ice Barn campaign. Movie tickets may be purchased online at theellentheatre.com, by calling the Ellen box office at 585-5885, or by visiting The Ellen’s box office during business hours.

The Gallatin Ice Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization leading fundraising efforts for the Raise the Ice Barn campaign, a project to build a year-round refrigerated ice skating rink at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. For more information, visit gallatinicefoundation.org.
