Rentals in Montana

When it comes to housing in Montana, you either have to pick one or the other when it comes to this. Even the new builds are lacking what I consider, a necessity.

Montana is in the top 20. Is it a bit surprising? I mean kind of, considering a majority of the people who do live here wouldn't consider with the first consideration being affordability.

Worth every penny.
