‘Yellowstone’ Ep. 6 Preview: Rip Vs. Kayce, Round 1 [Pictures]

Longtime fans of Yellowstone may have forgotten how Rip and Kayce fought in Season 1. That's just part of Ep. 6, "The Remembering."

• Yellowstone, Season 1, Ep. 6 airs on CBS on Sunday (Oct. 8).
• Jamie Dutton's political aspirations come into view during an episode that also finds Beth a new adversary.
• Much of the episode is focused on Kayce's family, and something tragic happens that will force them to make a decision.

Pictures below don't find the two men coming to blows (that would spoil it), but it nearly happens twice during Ep. 6. Overall, this is one a simmering episode of the Kevin Costner drama, but one that will be exciting to talk about on the next Dutton Rules podcast.

Episode 5 of Yellowstone ended with Monica witnessing John Dutton's newest ranchhand getting branded. That came after significant drama between Beth and Jamie. He extends an olive branch, but this new ep. makes it clear she is going to chop it down.
