If you had the chance to go to space, would you?

I'll be honest with you, I'm not sure I would.  Sure, I grew up watching Star Wars and the idea of having my own ship flying through the galaxies sounds like a pretty good time, but if it came down to me getting on some sort of rocket and blasting off, I'm going to have some concerns.

Luckily, if you're like me and you would like to experience the idea of space without actually going into space, you'll definitely want to check this out. The Zero-G Experience is coming to Montana, and you could be a part of it.

So, what exactly is the Zero-G Experience, you ask? Great question.

It's a "specially modified" Boeing 727 that allows you to feel weightlessness without leaving the planet. Basically, it's like being in space without actually being in space. Oh and here's the really cool part, it's coming to Montana.

According to a press release from the company, folks can book their flight for September 16th out of Bozeman/Yellowstone International Airport. Keep in mind, that there are a few things that you do need to be aware of.  First, you must be 8 years or older. Second, if you do have certain health conditions, you must get the ok from your doctor, And finally, don't make any other plans, because from start to finish, it's about a 5-hour deal.

So, how much does something like this cost?

Well, it's not cheap, in fact, it will run you about 7500 dollars. However, that does include a few things such as a light breakfast, a video/photos of your flight, plus a flight completion pin. Oh, and in case you're wondering, and I'm assuming that you are, you will be weightless for about 8 minutes.

I know it's a pretty hefty price tag, but think of it this way, folks are paying an average of 450 thousand to go up on that Amazon guy's rocket  When you compare 7500 dollars to 450 thousand bucks, it seems like a heck of a deal.
