GET YOUR BBQ POKER CHIPS (for food) BEFORE THE WEEKEND: On Friday evening, you'll be using poker chips as currency to sample the BBQ made by contestants. Sure, you can buy them on Friday at the event but getting them in advance, like NOW, at any Kenyon Noble location will save you standing in that line on Friday night. Trust me. Friday is busy. Buy your chips ahead of time and just show up ready to taste some great BBQ.

THE MONTANA PITMASTER CLASSIC BENEFITS THE GALLATIN VALLEY YMCAAll the more reason to eat as much tasty BBQ as possible on Friday night! The more you spend on poker chips, the more the YMCA will benefit. Don't forget, there's live music at Kenyon Noble that night so it really does turn into a party.

SATURDAY IS EDUCATIONAL WITH PRO DAY DEMOS AND SAMPLES: Starting at 1pm on Saturday, you'll be able to learn from the BEST OF THE BEST in BBQ and grilling. Industry leaders will be here to hold demos and classes for you. Traeger, Weber, Big Green Eggs, Daniel's Meats and more will on hand simply to teach and share knowledge.

THE MONTANA PITMASTER CLASSIC IS SANCTIONED BY KCBS, WITH SERIOUS PRIZE MONEY TO BE AWARDED: The KCBS is the Kansas City Barbeque Society, an organization that is recognized to world over for their sanctioned BBQ events and education. The Montana Pitmaster Classic awards $15,000 in cash prizes to their winners.

BeerAdvocate makes its determinations by compiling consumer ratings for all 50 states and Washington D.C. and applying a weighted rank to each. The weighted rank pulls the beer toward the list's average based on the number of ratings it has and aims to allow lesser-known beers to increase in rank. Only beers with at least 10 rankings to be considered; we took it a step further to only include beers with at least 100 user rankings in our gallery.
