Bozeman Cats & Dogs Need License

It's a pet friendly town so this might be some important information for you. It is mandatory to get your pal licensed (dogs and cats over six months of age). Licenses for 2011 are now available for sale at City Hall, located at 121 N Rouse Ave.

Here are some things to note. No licenses will be issued without proof of vaccination against rabies and proof of neutering or spaying.

Dogs:

Neutered/Spayed...$10.00

Unaltered.............$25.00

Cats:

Neutered/Spayed...$5.00

Unaltered.............$10.00

A $5.00 late licensing fee will be assessed upon all renewal licenses issued after February 15, 2011. Anyone owning three or more cats or three or more dogs must apply for a kennel license. (A combination of cats and dogs, such as 2 dogs and 1 cat, does not need a kennel license.) A kennel license is $50.00 per year, plus license fee for animals.
