I am loving a new establishment in downtown Bozeman by the name of Bagels, etc. If you haven't been in there yet, here's a couple reasons why you need to make a stop: Their bagel sandwiches are ridiculously good. All of their bagels are baked in a wood-fired oven, resulting in an undeniable, delicious difference. They offer a lot of other great food too, with lots of Montana-sourced ingredients. They have a full bar, with growler fills! You'll also find bottles of Rogue beer in-store. One interesting bottle that will stand out is Rogue's Voodoo Doughnut Bacon Maple Ale (hey, it's a bucket list item you might actually dig):

Bagels, etc. is having their official Grand Opening on July 27- 28. That would be a good time to sample some of their awesomeness! Those wood-fired bagels can't be rivaled, but here's some other suggestions: they also offer skillets, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, espresso, and a full bar. If you're like me and love your beer in a growler, stop in to Bagels, etc. on Fridays. You can't beat $5 growler fills every Friday (just in time for the weekend).

I was happy to see Bagels, etc. carrying Rogue beer. I've always been a fan of this top-notch handcrafted beer from Oregon. What I was not familiar with was Voodoo Doughnut, out of Portland, OR. Apparently, the line for these doughnuts outside of Voodoo in Portland stretches around the corner every morning. Rogue has partnered with Voodoo doughnut to offer one very unique beer that is waiting for you right now at Bagels, etc. Whether or not you will try it is another story, but I gotta say I am now very intrigued. You can't miss the pink bottle that says Bacon Maple Ale.

Hey, if it's good enough for a doughnut that people line up for, it's good enough for this guy to try as an ale. Who else has to pick up this pink bottle in downtown Bozeman? If you are brave enough, let us know what you think!
