Belgrade Development Proposes Theater, Bowling, Steakhouse

I drive by the Yellowstone Airport Plaza in Belgrade nearly everyday. It's the one right off the Airport exit on I-90 in Belgrade. Today I saw the rendering of what it's supposed to look like when finished (see below), and what I had pictured is completely different:

This project is way more extensive and elaborate than what I believed it was going to be. This is perfect for what Belgrade needs especially with more people moving to the area.

Right now the new development is expected to include a:

• Movie theater
• Steakhouse
• Hotel
• Condos
• Bowling Alley
• Brewery
• Gas Station

According to the Bozeman Real Estate Group, Charter Realty & Development is a Connecticut based company that has already secured leases with Belgrade Liquor, a brewery, steakhouse, gas station, and hotel.

This will obviously be a long-term project. Can't wait to see it when they're finished!
