Spring is in full swing around Bozeman, and there are lots of fun things to do this weekend. The weather is slowly getting better, so grab your friends and explore these events happening all over the Gallatin Valley.

Friday, May 16th - Museum of the Rockies Kids' Night at the Museum: Enjoy a child-free night with this drop-off event at the MOR. Tickets are $45/$55. The kids will tour the darkened exhibit halls with flashlights, engage in outdoor themed activities, and enjoy a pizza dinner. This drop-off event concludes with popcorn and a screening of Brother Bear. REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Friday, May 16th - Treasure State Cornhole Open: Happening 6pm to 2am at the Best Western GranTree Inn. Get details about the event, and the wait list at the link above. Treasure State Cornhole also hosts a weekly league in addition to tournaments.

Saturday, May 17th - Amaltheia's Annual Plant Sale & Pop-up Market: Happening every Saturday in May, 10am to 2pm, at 3380 Penwell Bridge Road in Belgrade. Plants, organic produce, compost, pork, goat milk lotions, and goat cheeses for sale. Nutrient rich compost for $5/bag. Certified organic herb, vegetable & tomato starts, and hanging baskets.

Saturday, May 17th - Kids Fishing Day: Hosted by Bozeman Sunrise Rotary at Glen Lake Rotary Park. Check in between 9–10 AM, then fishing starting at the sound of a horn at 10:00 sharp.

Kids of any age and their families will learn how to rig, cast, and catch fish at this fun and FREE event. Lunch and prizes awarded at 12 noon. Loaner gear is provided for kids new to fishing, and each child gets a goodie bag.

Saturday, May 17th - Bozeman Wellness Expo: At the Gallatin County Fairgrounds, 10am to 6pm. Explore all the Holistic Health, Whole Living and Alternative Medicine that Bozeman has to offer. FREE to attend, but you can RSVP in advance and secure a grab bag.

Saturday, May 17th - Heart of the Valley's Dog Ball 2025: Happening 6pm to 11pm at the MSU SUB ballroom. It's a big Dinner/Auction benefit for Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter. Hosted cocktail hour with bites at 6pm. Silent auction, dinner, then music and dancing.
