A Massive New Food Truck is About to Open in Bozeman

A new 100% plant-based food truck is opening soon in Bozeman. It will be the only vegan-only food truck in the city.

Tabay's Mindful Kitchen will soon be seen on Bozeman's streets. Founded in 2022 by Tabay Atkins, the food truck will be the first in the city to offer exclusively vegan options. Atkins' journey has taken him from Southern California to one of Montana's fastest-growing mountain towns. Here's what Atkins said about bringing the food truck to Bozeman.

Besides being my home for the next four years of school, Bozeman just naturally aligns with the direction Tabay’s Mindful Kitchen has taken. It is a beautiful community of people rooted in outdoor living.

Once it opens, you can find the massive TMK food truck at the intersection of N. 7th Ave. and Lamme St. An official opening date has not been announced, but the grand opening is expected to happen soon.

There are several food trucks in the Bozeman area, and TMK will offer local foodies a healthier plant-based option. The menu includes a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches, breakfast items, and other comfort food.
