Four Reasons You Should Be Excited for WinCo Foods
The road for WinCo Foods coming to Bozeman has been a long journey, and it may get even longer due to a union complaint filed with the City of Bozeman, but plans to build a store off of 19th Avenue near Costco are most-likely going to move forward.
Here are four reasons why we are excited that WinCo Foods wants to come to town.
WinCo Foods is a mix between a Costco and regular grocery store. You can buy things in bulk and buy regular items at very low prices but you don't need a membership card.
The location will service a huge group of residents who live near the interstate or over in Belgrade.
One of the best things about WinCo Foods is that the store is owned by employees and they have a nice benefits package. WinCo has some of the highest retention of employees in the industry because they take care of them.
Every local grocery store closes either at midnight or before (with the exception of Wal-Mart) and this would be huge for Bozeman. There are many folks who like to go shopping after midnight and get things done without huge crowds and WinCo will help them do that.
